Is Keystone Event Rentals Insured?
Yes. Keystone Event Rentals LLC is State Incorporated, licensed and fully insured with commercial liability coverage, with a Certificate of Insurance available upon request. Although some competitors choose to operate without insurance, we operate at state standards, meaning you are covered as well when you rent with us.
Do you offer customer pickups?
Yes, our warehouse is located in Clinton, MD and the delivery would be waived. Pickup hours are strictly between 7am - 8am. The address where the products will be must be disclosed.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount.
Does the rental price include setup and breakdown?
No. The rental price only includes the cost to rent the item for up to 24 hours. Delivery cost is additional. The set up and breakdown of any item is also additional.
Chairs are $0.50 each to set up and another $0.50 to breakdown.
Tables are $2 each to set up and another $2 to breakdown.
Please note that set up charges include one time set up. If rearranging a set up, there will be additional charges.
Do you deliver the items inside my house?
No. For the safety of the clients and delivery drivers, the delivery drivers will not enter residential homes. The delivery drivers will drop off the items outside the home or within a garage.
Please note that this policy stands for residential homes. The delivery drivers will deliver within commercial spaces.
What if I have stairs?
The delivery drivers will not enter residential homes, but if the items must be dropped off atop a series of steps, there is an additional fee. Please contact us to get an accurate quote.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
Yes, please have someone on site to receive the items and have the drop off location free and clear of any obstacles. You do not have to be present for the delivery driver to pickup, but please note that you are still responsible for the items until they are picked up by the delivery driver.
Are your chairs and tables cleaned between rentals?
Yes. All items are cleaned after each rental.
How long is the rental period?
The rental period for each item is up to 24 hours, non pro rated. If the rented items are held for longer than the initial 24 hour period, you will be subject to 1.5x the regular rental rate.
Can I make adjustments on my order?
Yes but all adjustments are subject to availability. Any adjustments made within 2 weeks of the scheduled reservation may be subject to additional charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellation request made at least 3 weeks before the reserved date will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
If the cancellation request was made within 3 weeks of the reserved date, you will receive a full refund of the booking, not including the deposit.
If the cancellation request was made within 1 week of the reserved date, your booking fee and deposit will not be refunded but may be used in full toward a future reservation.
Do you accommodate last minute or short notice bookings?
Please call us for last minute or short notice bookings as it would be subject to the availability of the items and delivery drivers.
